Personal Ability Development Foundation, Inc. (PAD Foundation)

Personal Ability Development Foundation, Inc. (PAD Foundation) is a non-stock, non-profit organization established in February 2007 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It is part of the N.T. Group, which operates companies in both the Philippines and Japan.

PAD Foundation was originally established to assist Filipino-Japanese children who had been abandoned by their Japanese fathers. Over the years, the Foundation has expanded its services and now primarily focuses on providing Japanese language training to Filipinos aspiring to work or live in Japan.

PAD Foundation is registered with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to offer Japanese language courses. Currently, the Foundation offers six (6) different courses designed to accommodate learners from the beginner to intermediate levels, helping them develop the Japanese language skills necessary for their future endeavors in Japan.
